”Overall it was a good experience. Very tranquil and relaxing. Not a lot of food choices. Buffet was the same every day and was prepared "average". Not bad, just not great. Staff was very helpful but limited speaking and understanding english.”

”Great pools, great beach, wonderful staff. We loved the Bali bed cabanas. All inclusive resort - so lots of food, plenty of alcohol offered at all times. Food was a bit disappointing. Nothing exceptional. And evening entertainment not great. But all in all, we had a wonderful week there. ”

”Resort itself is very nice, renovated recently. Beach is excellent. Attitude of most of the staff is poor, they would need a training in basic customer service skills, especially in the restaurants. Don’t book a la carte restaurants, food quality was very poor, in some places it was impossible to even eat the food served for you. Everything has been prepared in advance and it has been standing on the plate for a very long time. Buffet food was okay, every day super fresh fruits...
