”We had a wonderful week at the Bacelo Bavaro Palace. The staff was extremely nice and helpful when needed. We mostly stayed in the adult pool area where the bartenders there were exceptional. The beach is also fabulous. We plan on going again.”

”Resort itself is very nice, renovated recently. Beach is excellent. Attitude of most of the staff is poor, they would need a training in basic customer service skills, especially in the restaurants. Don’t book a la carte restaurants, food quality was very poor, in some places it was impossible to even eat the food served for you. Everything has been prepared in advance and it has been standing on the plate for a very long time. Buffet food was okay, every day super fresh fruits...
