”Resort itself is very nice, renovated recently. Beach is excellent. Attitude of most of the staff is poor, they would need a training in basic customer service skills, especially in the restaurants. Don’t book a la carte restaurants, food quality was very poor, in some places it was impossible to even eat the food served for you. Everything has been prepared in advance and it has been standing on the plate for a very long time. Buffet food was okay, every day super fresh fruits...

”Great pools, great beach, wonderful staff. We loved the Bali bed cabanas. All inclusive resort - so lots of food, plenty of alcohol offered at all times. Food was a bit disappointing. Nothing exceptional. And evening entertainment not great. But all in all, we had a wonderful week there. ”

”We liked the hotel, the only thing we did not like is that when we booked the hotel it said that we did not have to make reservations at the restaurants, however, they changed the policy and when we arrived, there were restaurants that we had to make reservations and all of them were full. There were some that did not require reservations and the food was good, but it was not what we really wanted to eat. ”
