”I’ve been to many all inclusives in many different places including DR & I have to say the staff here was underwhelming. Not very friendly, or attentive, aside from Milton! The rooms were cleaned very late in the day when we wanted to be getting ready for dinner. The pools and the beach were great. We had an issue with our outdoor hot tub which was fixed within a few hours. Not many activities. This resort is good for families. The sports bar is a great touch that is open 24/7, smaller food...

”The hotel has a beautiful lobby and dining area. The pool was also beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, however, the service is not great at the bar or the dining room. I think that is the way of life here. We had no hot water on January 20, 2025 between 10 AM and 3 PM. However at 3 PM there was still no hot water.I I would recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to take an early flight out of the Punta Cana airport .Would stay here again definitely”

”Our stay started a little rough as our room did not look like the pictures and many items were not working including the fan, phone, and the sofa bed was broken.
