”Great place. Located within walking distance from the downtown, my wife and I could enjoy both Restaurants and shopping. There was a great highing and trails to follow with in a few miles. Definitely a return visit will be scheduled.”

”Very beautiful property within walking distance of downtown Highlands. This is a special hotel with a modern/eclectic and eco friendly feel. Only downfall was they promised coffee and pastries for breakfast, and all that was on the buffet was one plate with a few slices of banana bread. Loved the breakfast/gathering room. ”

”Although I do not Golf i decided to stay in Kingwood - mainly due to its location (ideal for my purposes) and other facilities. The area is beautiful, facilities and services are good and the staff was nice. The lack of microwave oven in the room was basically the minus I had. For a hotel gym, the equipments were good. The indoor pool was big and outdoor pool peacefully quiet.”

”So the good parts included newer carpet, clean beds, easy parking and quiet area. The bad parts: beds weren't comfortable and you could feel the springs coming through and the bathroom just needed an entire gut job. The light was rusted and didnt have a cover plate, the shower curtain was molded and the worst part was the leaking ceiling that kept my friend up all night when it rained.
