”This is a beautiful but quite remote property. It is very quiet and calm. The room was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The spa is also quite lovely. It is the smaller things that were a bit off. There’s no tea/coffee in the room so you have to leave your room or wait until someone can bring it to you. This was a bit inconvenient for me. Also no fridge at all. We told them multiple times we wanted to visit secret beach & rent a golf cart but no one make it clear that we would have to...

But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. ”

”Our overall impression of the property was excellent. If you want to be in the heart of San Pedro, this home is a little bit out. We rented golf carts, so not an issue. Alvin was great with setting this up as well as suggestions to visit and where to eat. Everyone in town was awesome and friendly. While this was our first visit to San Pedro, I still have yet to have a bad meal in Belize. The food is always amazing. The pool was a good size and clean, unfortunately the weather was a bit off, so...

The property manager, Jason, is truly the best. Barbara is thorough, and a great communicator, you know all your details before you arrive. We highly recommend this property.”
