”Our stay was amazing!! From the friendly welcome at check in to the wonder customer service at check out. Premises was clean and neat, rooms were cleaned and replenished everyday. Workers were very helpful and friendly. Had kids: 3&6 yo and I would say this place is kid friendly for the most part. I think this place is amazing for all but especially girls trip or couple getaway. I only had one hiccup: they left the sliding door open after cleaning and our room was muggy and bugs welcomed...

They were also very responsive on their WhatsApp - even before I arrived. The hotel was in a great location, room was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. ”Really great little spot, rooms are amazing, and modern great view of the ocean. Bartender and manager are very lovely and welcoming. Some comments say it's noisey at night, but bar now closes promptly at 9pm which is perfect. There are tons of restaurants/bars minutes away with events every night. Only small negative, pool deck doesn't get a ton of sun in the afternoon, get out there early! ”

”Ok. This "resort" was awesome! Everything it may lack in comfort or beauty was definitely easily overlooked by how amazing the owner and staff were. The owner Rob was super friendly, approachable, hilarious and somehow remembered everyone's name. The resort had great entertainment; hermit crab racing, bingo, karaoke, Brunch, all amazing. The bar on the property was definitely the best bar on the island with the best bartender DANNI!!! How i loved her energy. I would definitely recommend this...

”Amazing experience and service was outstanding!! Our flight was delayed and got us in a day later! The front desk staff was so amazingly accommodating and pushed back our reservation a day with no extra charge. We changed our arrival pickup from the airport to the water taxi and the driver met us-was there waiting for us as we got off the water taxi. We hadn't eaten all day and he graciously dropped us to pick up food before heading to the hotel-and gave us advice of which restaurants were good...

”When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. ”
