”The hotel and grounds, pool/spa are beautiful, not far from town or the falls. Staff friendly and nice, rooms nice, comfortable and quiet. 2 meals a day included with the room rate which is convenient. Little things like no iron available, not a big deal, just wanted to mention in case clothes aren't ironed before packing :) Stayed 11/11/24 to 11/14/24”

”I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful and peaceful location, and I enjoyed feeling like I was in the middle of the rainforest. One suggestion is to offer more vegan options at breakfast!”

”The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! ”

”Todos os atendentes são simpáticos e solícitos, acomodação atendeu as minhas necessidades. Um banheiro para um dormitório com duas beliches. Fica bem afastada do centro de Puerto, tem restaurante no qual pude comer uma boa carne… Taxi a porta.”

”My husband and I stayed here for four nights so that we could do one full day at the falls and two days of remote work. There was a room in the common area that was easy for us to work from before we shut down and hit the pool to relax. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite good, and the quality of food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations! We were quite happy to eat there sometimes instead of heading into the city. ”
