”I cannot thank the staff enough, most especially Jorge. OMG - he was the most responsive, thoughtful and helpful staff at the hotel. He went all out to help us mark the occasion of our 20th wedding anniversary. The breakfast was excellent! Transportation was easily sorted by having a taxi-like service and our driver was so dependable and kind to us. You will love your stay at this hotel. The only thing I'd say is that it needs a bit of refurb, especially the bathroom.”

”I was in Iguazu for less than 24hrs. Martin facilitated a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me straight to the Falls and then pick me up after my excursion. The room I had was spacious, wifi worked well. I appreciated the hot water. Please carry enough cash in Iguazu.The caipirinha I had at the restaurant was a delight as well as the creme brulee. Would have loved to see the rest of the hotel in the daytime.”

”The hotel is a bit old, but still nice. They need to change the bath tub, as it is very old and doesn’t look too appealing to go in… Food in the main restaurant is VERY delicious. Main hall (the lobby) has a strange smell. To me it smells like toilet paper, or some kind of old smell, not sure what it is, but it is not so pleasant. Swimming pool is gorgeous. Apart of the above, it is really a beautiful hotel, in the middle of the forest.”
