”The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better...

”Super clean, everywhere - in their facilities and in the rooms. Room obviously had newer flooring, furniture and fixtures, but the structure, hvac, and showers desperately need updating. Room had a musty smell, likely from the age of the building and the old hvac vents and piping. Thats really my only complaint. Beds and furniture were comfy, the amenities - their quality and abundance - were outstanding. Towels were actually soft, as was the toilet paper. Customer service was above and beyond....

”The townhouse was very nice with a few exceptions listed below. Shower handle needs tightened, mold in the laundry room ceiling, fourth step on the second floor has a screw head sticking up if you step on it with all your weight, and lastly the matress is appalling you didn’t skimp on any other detail in the townhouse please invest in the thing people will spend the most of there vacation in!!!”

”Loved this property in the heart of Manteo!! We spent a lot of time walking which is exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Very charming and when it rained the breezeway was a cozy alternative to umbrellas! We enjoyed this place very much, highly recommend!!”
