”I very much enjoyed this unique experience of houseboat living. I knew I would enjoy the marina life and being on the water sounded wonderful. However, it really is not really dependent on the tides as to how your are able to board the boat. You WILL have at least 3 feet to step/jump over to get on the boats deck. ”We had a great stay with 4 adults. The condo was very clean and bright. It had really easy access to the beach, just steps away from the back patio. The condo listing says it could sleep six, which it could, but it would be tight for six adults. We were very comfortable with four adults. I would stay here again.”
