”I will start my review by saying that Gabriel our Expedia rep was amazing. Our vacation started off terribly because WestJet had delayed our flight and we weren’t able to get there until a day later than expected. Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly staff and told we had been upgraded. We were brought to the Krystal Grand lobby where Gabriel then took over he made our experience great even after 2 long days of travel. I cannot say enough good things about this resort it was...

”First time there, 4th time in Los Cabos. Beautiful hotel. We would wake up and see whales from our room. Great food. Private beach club on a beach you can actually swim in. Best part is the service: Great people doing a great job. Looking forward to coming back.”

”This hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our room. The housekeepers were excellent. The location is right near the action, ie., the town square..it is active every night, has great food stands, and there is an art walk every Thursday night that is a must. The front desk folks were always helpful, from suggestions of what to see and do to helping me install a sim card...AND free electric bikes for guests to use...simply awesome.”

”Lovely spacious room in the Art District of San Jose del Cabo. Close to shops and great restaurants. The courtyard, pool area and common spaces are beautifully decorated and inviting. The only negative is that the area can be a bit noisy at night as it is near nightlife. Earplugs dd the trick for me but this could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Everything else was exemplary.”

”I’m not usually the type to stay at huge resorts, but when in Cabos…! We had a good relaxing stay before leaving for a road trip. Room was spacious and comfortable. Personally I liked that it wasn’t a party resort, the atmosphere at pool area was mellow even though it IS a big property. The hotel is well located just a short Uber ride away from the town of San Jose del Cabo which is a must visit at least once! We had our lunches by the pool and food was good. ”
