”Easy secure parking, my room was clean and new… had aircon and a great wifi signal… friendly receptionist… the only downside was no hot water when I took a shower however it was the middle of summer so wasn’t that bad… but besides that always had electricity as they had a solar system ”

”Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja paikka ihastuttava. Upea panoraama avautui kukkulan kupeesta luontoon. Jotta näkisi eläimet lammella paremmin olisi hyvä olla kiikarit. Hyvä paikka rentoutua pitkän kiertomatkan jälkeen, mm. uima-allas. Erinomaista myös säännöllinen kuljetuspalvelu Viktorian putouksille ja rajasillalle sekä kaupunkiin. Jotta saa hyvän pöydän ravintolasta, se pitää tilata ajoissa - itse jäin pöydättä, kun huomasin liian myöhään.”

”街中から離れた閑静な住宅街の中にあるB&Bで、連絡をすれば空港だけでなく、街中までもオーナーやスタッフによる送り迎え(有料)があったり、ツアーやプリペイドSIMカード購入を手助けしてくれとり、しっかりとした朝食を準備してくれたりしたので快適に過ごせた。到着時、気になったのは、エアコンがなく、扇風機だけで大丈夫か気になったものの、寝苦しいということはなかった。また何となく部屋の中に獣臭みたいなのが最初はあったが、扇風機で換気して気にならなくはなった。また部屋にドライヤーがあると良かった。 ”

”Staff and service were excellent! A lot of different bugs in my room through my 4 day stay however not sure if this is something they can control but it was a bit unpleasant in the end. Food was excellent at the restaurant! Great options! ”

”This property accepted our reservation AND FULL PAYMENT for the stay but was SOLD OUT and they refused to REFUND our money!!!!! And there is no recourse through Expedia! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations.”

”This is a beautiful place. Rooms are lovely; modern, tasteful and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they were always available and willing to help with whatever was needed. Restaurant dinner was very good, with excellent service. Breakfasts were great. Highly recommend this really special gem of a hotel in Zimbabwe. They made everything very easy, from transport to Vic Falls to restaurants, to making reservations for the sunset dinner cruise. It is truly full service and the staff...

”From the moment we arrived we felt safe and at home. The property has a lovely calm feel. All the staff are super helpful. Particular highlights are the cooked breakfast and the fact they serve really good coffee if you order the cafeteria. The rooms are spacious and the beds clean and comfortable. ”
