”Visited for one night and we were both very impressed for the price. The staff were all friendly, the room was nice and clean. We stayed DB&B and the breakfast was lovely from the buffet. The evening meal was at The Fat Abbot and this was also really good. Following the meal we sat in the bar at the hotel and ennjoyed a drink in front of the open fire. Liked it that much we are having another night next week.”

”Very lovely Hotel. Staff were attentive and seemed to really care. My room was lovely. My only gripe is that I was cold in the Dining room and my room wasn’t very warm. It was a very cold weekend so hope that this is a little bit unusual. On the whole s lovely few days in a very lovely town. 👍”
