Huvilat – Wolf Island NWR

”We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

”We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and communication was good. We loved the quiet location and having no one above us. Our overall stay was pleasant, a few things we didn't love. The water pressure in the condo was low and refrigerator was loud at times. The stairwell floor was a bit dirty and the kitchen isn't accommodating for those interested in cooking. However it is still a nice condo with a great location. ”

”Roomy, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood with beach access close by. The only negative was a heating system that made loud rhythmic noises when it came on at night; it made sleep difficult at times for those on the top (4th) floor. Overasll, we definitely enjoyed the house”

”We chose this property based on its proximity to my cousin's house, where we were spending Thanksgiving. It was perfect for us. Quiet, easy parking, well-equipped in terms of kitchen/dishes, etc, comfortable beds, very pretty furniture/decor, and - last but not least - great water pressure in the showers! We didn't know much about the area when booking, but this turned out to be super-convenient to everything we would need. We would definitely stay here again.”

”We had a wonderful time on Jekyll. The bike paths are amazing and expansive. Nature abounds along with historical structures. The birds are amazing. The beaches on the central to south island are superb. You can see the sun rise from driftwood and watch a sunset on the southern most beach. The beaches are wide and undeveloped and quiet. Unfortunately just north of driftwood beach (which is a ghost forest not really driftwood) and for about 2 miles southward there is no beach. There are huge...
