”Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. ”The home was beautiful three spacious bedrooms, three en suite bathrooms. There were six of us and we had the best time ever. The house was clean and very comfortable. Kristin was very easy to get hold of for just a couple questions that we had. It’s on the top floor of the condos and it’s on the perfect side of the island. ”The location is what makes this unit so great. You couldn’t get a better spot in our opinion based on beach, Caligny, and amenities. The unit itself is not very big. Perfect for a small family. Comes with most everything you need- the pots and pans were terrible though and need to be replaced. The floors need to be mopped as they were gross and turned our socks black within minutes of walking around. . Besides those 2 things, I would recommend it. ”
