”Jo hieman elämää nähnyt hotelli Regent’s parkin takana Swiss Cottagessa. Hotellia on ajansaatossa saneerattu. Siisti hotelli hyvällä palvelulla. Meidän huone oli kahdelle aikuisella ja yhdelle lapselle erittäin hyvän kokoinen, mikä ei Lontoossa ole itsestään selvyys. Kohtuu hintainen hotelli muutaman pysäkin päässä”

”We only booked because we wanted to be close to a restaurant we were going to. This meant we didn’t take advantage of restaurant, pool or gym.
Parking is free but you have to drive around the town until you find a space so not ideal. The rooms are also spread out over three separate buildings. We were over the road from reception but if you need anything, the very friendly staff bring it over to you.little tip Bring your own tea & coffee.
We chose a snug room , our friends who are quite tall...

”I was really disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel advertises amenities that simply weren’t available there was no sauna as expected, and the jacuzzi, which is clearly listed, wasn’t even functioning. It felt misleading and poorly managed.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t sleep because music was blasting at 2am. I called reception and, to be fair, it was eventually sorted, but it completely disrupted the night. I was also told that the manager might offer some form of compensation in the...

”Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Entrance and seating area is modern and fresh. Staff were so welcoming and attentive in all areas.
The pool was disappointing though-the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the changing rooms need renovating. Pool was warm and not crowded. Overall, a wonder stay with delicious breakfast. ”

”What a lovely hotel, staff, gardens (with beautiful peacocks), pool and overall experience. We stayed for two nights, and ended up eating in the hotel both nights, the food was lovely too. The games rooms with an art area, a pool table, table tennis and garden activities are a great touch for the kids. Only one request - please put some wd40 on the ground floor laundry door. We would absolutely recommend and we will be returning, thank you.”

”Very tasty taditional English Breakfast, but also fruit & croissants available. Coffee machine including hot chocolate, several choices of tea.
I really liked the perks offered for not needing cleaning every day! Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of free parking, which is needed for this kind of location.
Friday night wedding kept me awake a bit, which was expected, what I did not expect was a party (assuming only on one room near to us) on a Monday night... Otherwise very...
