”Jo hieman elämää nähnyt hotelli Regent’s parkin takana Swiss Cottagessa. Hotellia on ajansaatossa saneerattu. Siisti hotelli hyvällä palvelulla. Meidän huone oli kahdelle aikuisella ja yhdelle lapselle erittäin hyvän kokoinen, mikä ei Lontoossa ole itsestään selvyys. Kohtuu hintainen hotelli muutaman pysäkin päässä”

”It was a quick business trip, so no time to use the facilities.
The room was indeed snug but perfectly adequate for one night. The lighting is very low, so difficult to put make up on etc. great iron, hairdryer etc.
The main issue was the bathroom, which smelt mouldy, which was very disappointing. ”

”The hotel was ideal for the one night stay we needed prior to attending a funeral locally. The staff at check in/out were professional, polite and friendly. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, attentive and engaged in conversation. The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choice depending on guest’s preferences!
Highly recommend!”

”Check-in was fine, but the leisure facilities were a letdown. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the steam room was out of order. Lockers were unreliable and needed a £1 coin, which is odd for a card-only facility.
The saunas are segregated and located in the changing rooms, which isn’t ideal for a couples stay. The male sauna also smelled strongly of urinals. We left almost immediately. At least we weren’t charged.
We booked an Executive room, but it didn’t feel like one. The...

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”
