”This was a great location in a nice neighborhood for our trips to Palo Duro canyon. It had a washer and a dryer, which was a great plus for our Texas roadtrip. Unfortunately the place was not very clean (stains on the chairs that we had to clean before we sat on them), dusty top of the fridge that we had to wash before we put cereals on it. When we moved the couch we found trash, bottles and used napkins, so obviously the cleaning there is not being done properly.”

”We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, which had been 10 years since we stopped in Fredricksburg. We chose Erin's escape for the 2 of us. Check in was a little confusing. The units are named vs numbered. The address of the place is the same address for all of the units so when we arrived we spent 5 minutes trying to unlock the wrong door. ”Very easy to find, centrally located. Excellent instructions for checking in and fantastic communication from the host. Comfortable beds, two separate bathrooms and relaxed living room/kitchen area. Free parking directly outside and spotlessly clean throughout. Coffee machine, fridge and freezer which was full of ice. Great cooking facilities, would highly recommend.”

”My husband and I booked a short trip for our 25th wedding anniversary! Patio Sisters Teagan was the perfect place to stay. It was charming, super clean, and close to Main Street. The fire pit and hot tub were right out our back door, just as pictured. It was truly a wonderful stay!! ”

”This property had quick access to pretty much everything. Short drive to the Military Base and to the Pearl area. You can get on the interstate quickly and downtown in minutes. The area immediately surrounding the property is a little run down but felt safe enough. If you are used to quieter areas you will notice the road noise but the owner has provided a noise machine in the bedroom. As advertised, it is a small place, but not cramped. ”
