We tried to cancel but the “owner” doesn’t issue refunds since we booked it and we were traveling within 4 days so no refunds. The is very misleading and felt very bait and switch to me. ”This property is grossly misrepresented! It’s a shared bungalow meaning it’s divided into two rentals . Properties condition is poor broken concrete … stairs falling apart… broken gate . Front door entrance off city sidewalk, kitchen cabinet falling off hinges, washing machine broken. Too much to tell…. Poorly maintained. This property is in East San Antonio … terrible area ! Homeless and drug users roaming around … people dumping couches and other trash items beside the house. No owners...
