”My family was super excited about the place and location of the Condo but when we arrived at the property the dishwasher and ice machine in the fridge did not work and when we contacted Vacasa they said it was an owner issue. The plates and mugs and silverware were not clean from the outset so we hand washed every item before using it. We then hand washed after every meal. ( There were 6 of us so a ridiculous amount of vacation time was spent at the sink!) The condo is in an amazing location but...

”We loved our stay at the Kahana Beach House. It was a perfect size for our group of eight family and friends. We were all in Maui for our first time, and the location was great for exploring West Maui, snorkeling, and scuba. The sunsets at Kahana Point were priceless. Morning runs up to the Kapalua Coastal Trail were great to start the day. Loved this place a lot, and would definitely stay here again when on Maui.”

”This place is incredible, I typically don't splurge this much, but it was well worth it. There was 4 of us in all and we spent a lot of time here relaxing in the pool and watching the whales breach. The ocean is distant but the whales are so massive you can see them rather easily. It's about 15 minutes from anything and very private. There's a cute beach down the way that can get busy, but also convenient. About 20 minutes from Kaanapali resort area and 30 minutes from Kihei. Kitchen area...

I didn’t give 5 stars because the property was a bit janky (one slider was broken, the kitchen screen door barely could move so we left it open all day), TV remotes didn’t work (buttons to change channels would toggle)….but really - very minor gripes when considering how easy everything was and communication with the property management. We were happy to stay here and truly enjoyed our time! It was comfy and clean! (No dead cockroaches!!) ”

”A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". ”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in.
