My only wish is for some option for filtered water but that’s a preference not a need. Did have an ice machine in the fridge which was well used. Location was great. We were minutes to uptown Sedona and it was very convenient. The only other tip I would give is if you’re coming in later at night, they observe dark night so no lights or street lamps. We...

”We had a great time at the vacation rental. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The view of the mountains is just as spectacular as the photos. Sunrise and sunset was amazing! The house was close to many hiking trails and local restaurants and shops. It was well equipped and met all of our needs. We would highly recommend! ”

”Overall, this property is a beautiful place for what we needed. We went hiking for much of the days and enjoyed the pool in the later afternoons. The check in was smooth and easy. They worked with us on getting out late for a changed flight time. Christian was quick at responding. The property could use some updates in the bathrooms especially, but overall, great price for the location, amenities, and proximity to everything we were looking for. I would definitely go back.”

”This was our second time staying at Sedona Pines. Last year we loved our stay even if the cottage was also a little outdated. This time the atmosphere had changed and we did not enjoy our stay that much. The cottage is still nice, even if more outdated, but ours needed a lot more cleaning. There was a pool party which continued even after the pool was supposed to be closed. No supervision at the resort. Marijuana smelled everywhere and made us sitting outside the cabin unconfortable.
