”We had a lovely stay at Curlew cottage. Appledore was a great spot and we loved the walks and local pubs, shops and nature. The house was as described and we had a very comfortable stay. ”We stayed at Beagle Cottage in March for 4 nights with our 2 dogs- what a lovely house, really spectacular views, great garden and really well equipped kitchen and amenities.We loved sitting in the sunny living space, we were able to sit in the garden overlooking Bude and the coast, the beds were comfy & cosy.The local pub is great (booking advised!) and it’s really conveniently located for Bude and the surrounding destinations.We will be back! ”

”This is a delightful property and our host was extremely helpful and friendly. We took our grandsons (aged 7 and 11) and were able to show them quite a lot of Devon. A big success was the heated swimming pool which they loved as well as the trampoline etc. Everything was great in the cottage and everything we needed. If fast broadband is a must you might struggle as with many rural areas it isn’t fast. However we highly recommend this property.”
