”I had the really small room. I knew it was going to be tiny when I booked it. All good. The bathroom was a good size. The thing i appreciated was attention to detail, I needed for nothing. They even had actual coffee grounds and a press, which I'm realizing in NZ is the norm. All other hotels I've stayed at here only have instant coffee. They had fresh milk and cookies ( bag). The room was super clean. I ordered the lamb dinner at the pub, super good!!”

The only downside was the room only had block out blind facing the common area so had to keep closed for privacy which made the room dark during the day as when open everyone could see into our room. ”The standard of accommodation was excellent as was the communication with the host. Location within a reasonable distance from the airport is a plus.....but a challenging location for shopping for supplies without access to a motor vehicle as is a long steep driveway to access the property. We were surprised that there was no free to air television coverage which was not disclosed at time of booking. Overall, we would book again for our needs, but issues highlighted will surprise and disappoint...
