”I stayed there for about a week. We were able to spend a quiet and relaxing time in the midst of nature, surrounded by healthy animals such as sheep and chickens. The house is handmade, so sometimes there is a creaking sound of wood, but once you get used to it, it is comfortable. There was a time during our stay when the wifi did not connect, but the owner fixed it. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to spend time in nature. ”

”We stayed here for two nights, before and after our Tongariro Crossing trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and communication was straightforward. The ear plugs left on the table came in handy as the property is located next to a fairly busy road and trucks transporting cars stop and do their driver change-over next to it. Also the carpet in the room could do with a refresh as it does not smell very nice.”
