Penthouse in the description means it is on the top floor in the condo complex and therefore has higher ceilings, and a loft bedroom. Everything was clean, and modern inside. ”Extremely disappointed in this property. There were roaches, ants and silverfish. We found bugs in the bed and it appeared the sheets had not been changed. The unit was dirty and in need of a deep clean. The location of the unit faces the parking garage and is right next to the office and a loading zone. The lights from cars and outside lights made it impossible to get proper sleep. There were no blackout shades. There was no reserved parking despite what we were told. The a/c unit is extremely...

”My husband, two kids and I stayed at this place for half of our Hawaii trip. The place is very nice and clean. A bit small, but air conditioning was nice to have and worked well. The two bathrooms was a plus! The management company was very attentive and quick to fix the WiFi problem we encountered. Assigned parking on the second floor of the garage, so pull up and unload luggage before going to park. Very conveniently located across the street from a nice beach with a lifeguard during days....
