”Staff have been amazing. Helpful. Polite. Easy to get along with. We have been staying here for a long time now due to personal issues. So have gotten to know the staff well. The property(the building) itself could use some upgrades/renovations/major repairs. The staff does the best they can. Yet they seem to always be short handed.
