”The staff was excellent. They gave us good advice on getting into Windsor . Instead of driving and trying to find parking they suggested the bus. Worked perfectly. We were able to check in early. We thought it might be an issue with noise from Heathrow . We heard a few planes in the evening, but didn’t notice them overnight . We didn’t try the restaurant so we can’t comment. Room was a good size , very comfortable and very nice updated bathroom . ”

”This is the worst hotel ever known. The beds are filthy with stains all over the frames and mattress. The rooms we originally booked were given to other people so we were given another room in the loft with holes on the wall and tape and spider webs everywhere. The man running the place looked like he had never seen a shower before and we watched him dry the sheets and towels outside on the benches. I asked for towels multiple times and he eventually gave me two damp stinky towels. The bathroom...

”We couldn’t be more happy that we booked and stayed at the Hayden Pub and Rooms. What a gem! From the moment we arrived we were taken care off. We arrived early so we could drop our bags and were offered a drink (we chose coffee since it was morning lol) and in the meantime our room was being readied. "Perussiisti ja mukava englantilainen hotelli, todella hyvien julkisten kulkuyhteyksien vieressä Paddingtonissa. Isona plussana että täkeissä oli normaalit pussilakanat, samoin kylpyhuoneet oli modernisoitu ja nykyaikaiset. Todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta! "
