Pauline yksikkö B on kodikas 1 makuuhuoneen, 1 kylpyhuoneen lomakotimme, joka sijaitsee Virginia Beachillä, 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rantatieltä. Huomaat trooppisen sisustuksen olohuoneessa, jossa on vetäytyvä vuodesohva, laattalattiat ja puukatot. Makuuhuoneessa on 1 queen-vuode ja kylpyhuoneessa on kaakeloitu suihkukaappi ja kaksi pesuallasta. Kalustetussa gourmet-keittiössä on ruostumattomat laitteet, graniittitaso ja kaakeloitu backsplash sekä ruokailutila. Muita bonuksia ovat ilmainen langaton internetyhteys, televisiot jokaisessa huoneessa, ulkoterassi.

Sijaitsemme Virginia Beachin Oceanfront District -kadun 34. kadulla. Olemme kolmen minuutin kävelymatkan pä��ssä rannalta, ruokakaupoista, ravintoloista, viihteestä ja paljon muusta.

Tämän yhteisön kehittämisessä ajattelutapana ja tavoitteena oli tarjota viihtyisä trooppinen ranta-aiheinen ympäristö, jossa huomioidaan yksityiskohdat ja tarjotaan huippuluokan kalliita loma-asuntoja. Jokaisessa 17 kotia on saatavana, jokainen on kokonaan uusittu, jotta vierailustasi tulisi vieraanvarainen ja nautinnollinen.

Koska meillä on useita yksiköitä, näkemäsi kalenteri ei heijasta tarkalleen saatavuuttamme, joten soita tai lähetä sähköpostia nähdäksesi, mitä vastaavia koteja on saatavana.

Perfect place to stay
Loved the place. Stayed for a week. Super fun. The place is updated and super cute. The pool is warm. I enjoyed the shared pool. Got to meet other people. Great location. Walked to anything I wanted to. Beach, food, bars, shopping, coffee. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Very enjoyable beach retreat
Nice accommodations close to the beach. No washer/dryer but a nice laundromat a few blocks away. My only minor complaint is that the checkin email has an address and a unit number but there are no house numbers or unit numbers on any of the buildings or doors and the back of the house is to the street whereas the photo from the website is the front of the house. We had a great stay.

Sweet secluded gem in the middle of it all
What can I say, I’m not a fan of high rises and while I can handle the busyness of the beach I also need to be able to get away from it. This sweet spot is only a block from the hustle and bustle but feels secluded and relaxing. Gorgeous pool shared by a handful of homes. I spent hours everyday just floating and reading a book. The umbrellas they installed in the shallow area for shade helped make this possible. And the landscaping and beautiful colored homes makes you feel like you’re in paradise. We couldn’t have found a better stay in Virginia Beach and we’d love to return some day!

Perfect and really cute!
It is really small but for a couple of days with my two girls it was perfect! It had everything we needed and we brought the things it didn’t after reading other reviews. We took a stall expandable curtain rod and added a shower curtain for the bathroom door, no problem at all. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Better for couples only
This space is really intended for couples only and maybe if you have a young child. It says 4 can stay but there is no privacy in the unit as the bedrooms and bathroom have no doors. We found out last minute from another review and ended up bringing table cloths to cover the doors. Otherwise it would have been a huge inconvenience as we traveled with my 8 year old son and 13 yr old nephew in which we all require privacy. The space was nicely renovated and for the space it was pleasant to look at and stay in. The kitchen was convenient. I wish paper towels would be provided. For the bathroom, the water pressure was low so it took a long time to take a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. The spare pillows were soiled and despite having pillowcases, I was hesitant to use. Again, overall, price, proximity and space cleanliness was perfect for a quick getaway. I would consider coming back but would only do it with my husband and not anyone else because of the privacy.

Great location!
Overall, I would recommend this property and will probably stay here again. This apartment is a basement unit and may not be suitable if you’re very tall. I’m 5’6” and was able to put my palm on the ceiling without standing on my toes. There is NO DOOR to the bathroom or between the bedroom and kitchen. So there is no privacy in the bathroom or anywhere. Also, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, so you might want to bring some extra. The shower has very, very little water pressure, so showering takes a while. We did have a problem with ants, but I emailed and they were taken care of. There is currently construction going on in the unit next door (same company) during the week. This place was very clean. It is a 3-5 min walk to the boardwalk/beach and you can park right in front of the unit. It was quiet at night and in a safe area where I felt comfortable having a young child.
