"A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used. The hotel is situated amazingly well; Migros shop next door, trams 14 and 18 - as well as e.g., busses 3 and 11 stopping in front of the entrance. One can easily manage whole Geneva from this spot with the free-of-charge travel card that came with the room. I made a physical door card at arrival (9th floor) thanks to which no headaches with trying to open various doors and entrances with mobile phone. The only weakness was the relatively poor recycling facilities even you actively would try to do that, thus ended to take e.g. metals, plastics, and cardboard with me to be recycled on public places on the street. All in all, can recommend this place warmly."

"Old monastary was beautifull, but on service side and breakfast there is much to improve. 27€ for continetal breakfast is not worth it. Rooms are very simple and plain."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, next to a metro and the railway station. The room was spacious, and some rooms had a wonderful view of the lake. Instead of a carpeted floor, I would prefer parquet, and a bidet shower instead of a bidet tub."

"Hotellin henkiläkunta ei ollut kovin ystävällistä ja osasivat huonosti englantia. Sijainti oli mahtava interreilaajan kannalta! Se oli lähellä juna-asemaa. Siitä meni busseja keskustaan. Huone ok. "

"Pienehkö huone, kaikki tarpeellinen oli huoneessa. Emme ottaneet siivousta, joten saimme drinkki liput siitä edestä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja kohteliasta. Ihana seurata heidän työskentelyään, erityisesti mieleen jäi Jacky tarjoilija, joka touhusi tehokkaasti kuin Duracell-pupu😅 Kaikin puolin kiva ja persoonallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla😊"
