Troviamo assolutamente disdicevole il posteggio da parte del personale nella salitina che conduce dentro all'albergo e che impedisce agli ospiti di accedere agevolmente alla struttura quando in particolar modo arrivano con i bagagli”

”Hotellin kuljetus kylälle oli mukava, paitsi, että ajat eivät aina täsmänneet tarpeidemme mukaan. Sauna, kuntosali ja poreamme olivat mukavia hiihtopäivän jälkeen. Ruoka hotellissa oli hyvää, ei kuitenkaan gourmet ruokaa. Huoneeseemme kuului muiden huoneiden ja kadulta tulevat äänet. Muuten huone oli siisti ja mukava. Suksivarasto oli kylmä ei mono lämmitystä. Via Lattean alueen kaikki hiihtohissit eivät olleet käytössä ja se joskus hankaloitti pääsyä alueen toisiin osiin.”

”Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. ”
