It is an apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey house, completely independent, accurate in every detail, quiet, relaxing, unique for position and comfort.
The exposed beams and antique oak flooring make the atmosphere sober and refined.

The romantic and essential rooms, personally made by the owner in shabby style, will change your stay in an unforgettable holiday: a double bedroom with a large bed, a single bedroom, and a double room with 2 single beds.
The large living room, with its 50 square metres, tv, guarantees the pleasure of living in the house in the evening or daytime.
The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, "moka").
In front of the entrance there is a terrace where guests can eat their breakfast, or enjoy a drink.
The bathroom is 12 square metres wide and has a large window. It's one of the most comfortable rooms of the apartment with its suspended sanitary and oversize shower (1.60 m X 1.15 m).The double sinks are based on centuries-old oak, of great value and beauty.
It is also possible to use the laundry room below the apartment.

Only 20 km from Lake Garda and 3 km from the city centre, right next door you can find shops, supermarkets, pubblic transport; a few minuts walk from local banks and Post Office.
The area is served by restaurants and pizzeria.
Linen and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer are also included.
Possibility to use Bed & Breakfast service including personalized breakfast and daily cleaning (extra payment service).
Request for a security deposit of € 150.00 to be paid on arrival, cash. The deposit is returned at check-out in the absence of damage to furniture, appliances, furnishings. For this reason we accept bookings for families with children over 12 years and no more than two children per family.
Reservations are accepted for up to 14 days.

REGULATION :

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

It is forbidden to light candles.

The private car park is for exclusive use of our registered guests, therefore it is forbidden to let in unregistered people (apartment and parking).

No animals allowed, to spare problems to allergic guests.

Our times: CHECK-IN from 3.30 pm. to 11.00 pm. CHECK-OUT before 10.00 am. In case of late check-out, €15.00 will be retained from the security deposit for every 15 minutes of delay.

From 11 pm. please limit music, TV or any noise.

Please do not clean your shoes with bathroom towels but use the special sponges provided.

During storms or exceptional heavy rains, please pull over the shutters the windows.

We kindly ask you to open the windows daily in order to let some fresh air enter the apartment.

It is forbidden to cook cooking spicy and unpleasantly perfumed meals (i.e. fried garlic, fried onion, turmeric, curry, fried butter) in order to prevent nasty odors.

We inform our guests that according to Italian law, we must register the identity papers within 24 hours from arrival.

We ask the parents of the little guests not to allow children to use our furnishing accessories for play. Children over 12 years old are accepted and no more than two per family

The booking request is always confirmed by the owners via email after receiving the requested information.

In case of breaking the rules, the owner can refund the guest for the remaining days and stop the guest's stay.
