”Very cozy and quiet. It was a perfect stay for us as we were out exploring and hiking during the day. The patio was wonderful for morning coffee and the yard was great for our pup. Rachel was a great host and the check in and out was seamless. Great quiet neighborhood and comfortable spot.”

”The cabin was clean and accommodating but lacked just everyday items you need in the kitchen. Also the grill hadn’t been used in a while so we there was a huge mouse nest in it. Location was good but did have spotty service with the cell phone.”

”The owner make check-in very easy. Cabin is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The cabin had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. ”

”This property was perfect for our family! It is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona, but definitely fantastic to be out of the congestion of the town and up in the mountains! The view and property was incredible! How many other locations can say they offer a private waterfall right on the premises? This would be the perfect location for a family reunion or rustic wedding as there are several cabins to rent all in a row. We loved it! ”

”Great cabin with everything you need. Nice quality bath products and the bed very comfortable. Communication was fabulous. Unfortunately we witnessed a mouse in the kitchen. We think it entered through an area (a hole) of the front door framing that was exposed to the outside. The host immediately responded and made arrangements to have door inspected and repaired as needed, but we didn’t know if this addressed the problem or not, and just decided to leave a day early and not deal with it....

”The location of the cabin was convenient. It needed ADA accessibility to the cabins. My husband has bad knees, and you had to walk up stairs to get to the room. A ramp should be provided.”
