It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful parks and beaches in Santa Barbara.The house has everything you could wish for and more. ”The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!”

”A nice house in a beautiful location. A local Mom&Pop store next door was convenient. We walked to State Street.The Location was near Everything! I especially loved the fireplace and just the ambience of the house. Summerland is a unique town and a very easy drive to Santa Barbara.”

I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine.”
