”The staff here is incredible polite, and friendly. One particular lady named Angie. She goes above and beyond to make your stay as nice as possible. This lady should get a raise. I have gout and my foot was in unbearable pain when we checked in. She was going to switch our upstairs room to one downstairs because I was in terrible pain. To me that was definitely above and beyond. Thank you miss Angie!!!!”

”The Property was excellent. The only HUGE PROBLEM I encountered was the VALET employees and the process. I ended up paying 2x in one day and was given very misunderstanding info from the employees. The front desk employees also seemed to not care that there was only 1 person on at a time and left guests to wait for long periods of time just to get their vehicles. ”

”The casino is clean (no smoking), every single person that works here that we had an encounter with was friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, parking is easy, just overall great experience for a quick getaway from Colorado or Arizona. ”

”Walked into our room and the refrigerator was thrown out of its place the drawers were pulled out the filters from the air conditioning system where pulled out the frame around the bathroom door was broken. When we walked in there were about 20 air conditioning units just stored by the staircase. The place was not as pictured. But the manager Olga was friendly and helped us get a refund and apologized so that was the only nice thing about it. ”

”This was second choice with little advance due to change in plans. Was apprehensive about location, but turned out OK. Freeway and local traffic noise was not an issue. Check-in was straightforward. On entering room, I said "Oh-Oh" when I saw the unsightly bathroom door frame. It had serious paint issues, but that turned out to be the only blemish. The rest of the room was nice, everything worked well, the HVAC was efficient and quiet. Our main complaint would be the breakfast was somewhat basic...

”Very pretty hotel and extremely nice staff. However, incredibly thin walls. I was able to hear my neighbor’s phone conversation (held in a normal volume) clearly at 7 am. We were traveling with a toddler and experienced several meltdowns, which I’m guessing our neighbors fully experienced, too. Super stressful to try to keep kids quiet enough for the walls and I probably wouldn’t come back unless it was just with adults. ”
