”The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. ”

”The stuff of the hotel was very friendly, helpful and polite. The location was perfect for me. Everything I needed was in the walk distance, even buses run only one block from the hotel. My room was very quiet and peaceful. Even the bathroom was shared with other two rooms, it didn't cause any problems. The breakfast was good. I recommend.”

”The property feels safer than any I’ve been it.
The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”
