”We woke up on our first morning with a room full of ants. Not just some here and there but a lot of them absolutely everywhere! On top of this the responce of the hotel was quite unbelivable: "don't worry, the cleaner starts in an hour and she'll put some poison in the room to get rid of them. It's not a big deal I have ants in my house too". It was pretty obvious that the situation was not new and they just didn't want to deal with it because it would mean closing the room from sales. After a...

”The staff and customer service was horrible and extremely mean when we arrived at the hotel. Staff didnt even speak english. Very long way to center with metro. Girls cant feel safe with the extremely rude staff. They will also ask for tax money and they changed the price when we arrived. ”

”To start with I was very pleased with the location of this property. It is within a short walking distance of Rosa Parks station (RER E). The staff were inviting and helpful right from the beginning. There are some food options at the property and there are a handful of fast food restaurants nearby as well as one convenience store. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would have liked to be on a ground bunk instead of an upper bunk, that option when booking would be nice. The...

”Pleasant stay. Quiet. Would have preferred a complimentary bottled water.”
