”Valitsimme hotellin tienpäältä ja hotelli oli todellinen helmi kun saavuimme paikalle. Hotelli sijaitsi todella kauniilla alueella ja hotellin uima altaalta oli super näkymät. Hotellin aamupala oli todella hyvä.”

”Pros:Best hotel hairdryer ever! Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Lovely pool and outdoor facilities if the weather had permitted....Lovely restaurant staff. Be prepared to walk outside a bit to the restaurant, pool, reception and parking. The shower was awkward. Very limited storage space for clothes, luggage, etc. No outlets for charging other than the bathroom. Only one pair of slippers for 2 guests. Basic toiletries. Overall, a gorgeous property. The hotel was 3 star at best with a 3.5...

”The environment, building, views and breakfast are excellent. But a huge problem is that they advertise a room that does not even exist in reality! We booked a 20 m2 Superior room with balcony, hill view and king size bed. What we got was a cramped 11 m2 room with a queen bed, which they sell as ”for single use”. What they said is that none of the 20 m2 superior rooms have a balcony or a hill view (both of which are must-haves in a place like Colle di Val d’Elsa). No refund or other compensation...
