”5 stars all around. Loved the location- easy access to restaurants, cute shops and the subway. Very clean and well equipped!! Particularly appreciated the yoga mats and all the electrical outlets- i could charge all my devices right next to the bed. Woo hoo!! Our host, Chris, was super nice and gave us excellent instructions on everything from how to get the key from the lockbox to how to use the app for the laundry room to how to get into the gum. We will definitely stay here again!!”

”Cute little apartment with the basic necessities. It's up a couple flights of stairs with no elevator. Unfortunately the address listed in the VRBO booking isn not accurate. We received check in instructions on a separate website that had the correct address but we figured it out too late after parking, unloading the car, and trekking to the wrong building in freezing cold. Otherwise the stay was good and communication with the managing company was fine. Great authentic NYC neighborhood.”

”I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I...

”Apparently, no short term property rental is allowed in NYC by city council mandate. In other words, nothing listed for any of the five boroughs is legally rentable. Please tell me why VRBO allows these listings? I didn't find out about this mandate until the day I was supposed to check in. Mind you, I had booked over a month in advance.
