”Our room was on the first floor. Privacy was an issue because the drapes were translucent. A passerby could easily see in your room.”

”The property was nice, a little noisy as close to 401, staff was unbelievably great as was breakfast. Never got a chance to try the pool or hot tub.”

”Had a great stay at Claramount club! The hotel was really central to all Prince Edward County has to offer. The room was well decorated. The amenities were awesome - I loved that the gym had so many different equipment. The live music at the restaurant, the Foundry was also really enjoyable. ”

”The room was clean, and preparations for new guests were good. However, judging by the dust on the table and kitchen sink, it would be good if more attention were paid to cleaning. Among the kitchen utensils, the frying pan was in good condition, but I am not sure if it was made by a previous guest; there was something burnt and stuck to the bottom, and it did not wipe off easily.”

”Great breakfast. No chairs on the balcony ( due to previous weather) however We requested 2 chairs and a very nice lady brought them upstairs for us she cleaned them as they were in storage. We were very appreciative. Also the TV was a little difficult to adjust and a member of the staff showed us how to adjust it. Very kindly. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. View excellent from The Rosebud suite. Friendly staff.”

”Outstanding location and what a magnificent building. The staff were so friendly and the room was huge and very clean. The breakfast which we had in our room was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend. ”

”Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia? I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and...

”We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and being able to walk on the property and along the gravel pathway. The food in the dining room and the bar was excellent. ”

”The room was large and everything was nicely put together. We got a greag upgrade due to issues with our original room. The upgrade was fantastic and greatly appreciated. ”

”Pictures don’t match reality or even come close. Restaurant was closed with no notice for renovations. Partial and limited menu and hours offered through the back of a secondary hall building. Rooms are very outdated. Animal hair embedded in the carpet. No amenities at all. Will not be back.”

”Beautiful property. The rooms are rustic. The pillows were terrible so if you can, bring your own. The stay included breakfast which was a great touch. ”
