” The location of the hotel is great! The room was very spacious. I brought a hair dryer as I knew there wouldn’t be one in the room. There is a safe in the room. We would have liked a small refrigerator for water. We chose the all inclusive plan which was well worth it as the breakfast was excellent. ”Our room was clean and location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast wasn't good and Wifi was very slow. One day we didn't have electricity and water for about 4 hours and they said that it concerns the whole city, even it wasn't (in our friends hotel it was working). It was not worth of the money we paid for this hotel. Also it would had been nice, if the hotel had mentioned about the loud noices of the building site next to our hotel. ”

”My stay was great! My room was ready early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I forgot a charger and they were more than happy to assist. Room was very cute and the diffuser was on when I walked in. Very relaxing. Breakfast is included which is great! Hotel is also across the street from a supermarket and close to a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants.”

”Not a great facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it has a good vibe. But the pool is right outside your front door and it is kind of odd. Not a well designed place, but the friendliness of the staff mostly overcome that, at least for a night or two.”

”Hotel is located in a walking distance from the Tulum main road.The room was small and dark, but clean. Good towels and bed linen, but there's a very unpleasant plastic sheet on the bed. Good shower with a proper water pressure - something to mention as we encountered also something opposite elsewehere! There's a lovely roof top terrace with hammocks to enjoy sunsets and a joint kitchen. People were very friendly and helpful. They rent bikes for the hotel guests what was very handy.”

”Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV. ”

”I was absolutely overwhelmed with this resort. It was more than I could ever have imagined. The whole property was so clean and environmentally friendly. The vibe was so peaceful and I met so many wonderful people, staff and guests. They offer so many activities and special services (i.e. the temezcal ritual, massage, yoga, etc). The food was excellent! The location was absolutely goregous. I am already planning my trip back to Glamp Ikal next year! ”
