”Always an amazing hotel ”

”The hotel was pleasant. We were given a suite although we had made a reservation to a much cheaper room. We were also able to access the room already many hours before the check-in time which was handy after travelling from Europe. The Jacuzzi in the suite was somewhat dusty though, so we ended up not using it. The bed was hard but you can order pillows from a wide pillow selection. The staff was said to be speaking several languages but at least English wasn't among them. The breakfast was...

”The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help ”
