The Space:
It’s hard to do justice to this jewel of an apartment in words. It offers four bedrooms with balconies, three bathrooms and a spacious water facing balcony and a huge open plan living, dining and kitchen. Perfect for larger group holidays, or a corporate stay. Please note we do not permit parties and events at our properties.
With a lift in the complex providing accessibility to all, it's a perfectly designed holiday home. Enter the car park via the street level, part in one of the two reserved spots, alternatively walk up the easement to the side of the building and enter from the gated entrance. The penthouse is the only apartment on the second floor.
Guests will be struck by the sheer size of the light-filled apartment. The master bedroom, with its king bed, access to the main covered balcony, enormous en-suite and walk-in robe.
There three other bedrooms here as well, each with a walk-in robe and balcony. Two of the bedrooms share an ensuite and the main bathroom boasts a large spa bath.
All the rooms have split air conditioning systems, the bathrooms have walk in showers.
Sunlight spills through the doors and windows, illuminating dining and living spaces. The open plan boasts a living, dining area and an expansive kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. As lovely as these spaces are, we have a feeling you'll spend even more time on the huge terrace, designed for alfresco dining and relaxation.
Did we mention the complex has a pool? It is shared by the other 4 apartments.
Guest Access:
This spacious apartment is yours to enjoy as a home away from home during your Townsville stay.
There is a lift and wheelchair access as well as handrails in the bathrooms.
As part of check-in we require photos of photo ID and Credit cards. These are destroyed as part of our post-check out process.
Self check is preferred.
Shared areas in this 5-apartment complex includes the entrance, lift and stairwell, carpark, and pool.
The Neighborhood:
This Strand apartment is the Pentohouse in a small complex of 5 units, it is close to Townsville City Business District, the ferry terminal for transfers to Magnetic Island and attractions such the Aquarium and Museum.
Situated in the heart of The Strand, Townsville's thriving beach foreshore! With a relaxed, yet energetic vibe, The Strand is bursting with activities to excite the whole family.
Enjoy the ocean breezes with a meal at one of the restaurants or cafes there. Alternatively, treat the whole family to a barbecue or beach picnic.
The two and a half kilometre walkway offers spectacular views across to Magnetic Island and is popular for runners, walkers and kids with bikes and scooters. With a number of fantastic playgrounds and the popular Strand Water Park, The Strand will keep the kids entertained for hours. Take a swim in the ocean or the rock pool, test your balance on a Stand-Up Paddle Board or land on the beach after the adrenalin rush of skydiving!
Getting Around:
Included in the price is two secure parking spaces in the basement carpark. The strand has a large amount of off-street parking.

If you feel the need to get out and about there's always the beach and the stunning walk along the Strand, stop and enjoy a coffee or ice cream. Whatever happens, you won't be bored. There’s trails down to Pallarenda beach and up Townsville’s iconic Castle Hill.
We love hosting and showing our guests the best properties Townsville has on offer. With this, comes an expectation that our guests will look after our homes so that they are always beautifully presented for our guests.
We will host pets, however pre-approval from the host and/or body corporate is required.
All our properties are non-smoking, smokers are welcome to smoke in external areas. Additional charges will apply if our cleaners need to clean up.
