”Mary-Anne & Chris, our wonderful hosts, left us wanting for nothing. This amazing retreat had everything. Situated on a beautiful property, every room had an amazing view. Attention to detail makes this retreat stand out from the rest. Perfect location to all the premium Adelaide Hills wineries, just difficult to leave the house as the gardens & scenery is hard to leave for any length of time. I can’t recommend this holiday getaway enough. The pictures on Stayz do not do it justice.”

”Beautiful property, everyone has their own space. Very private and secluded, time to hang out with family and have no interruptions, beautiful views all around. The only thing missing was aircon as we stayed on a very hot day 38 degrees Celsius and 30 over night, just greatful it was only one of the days we stayed. Other than that it was fantastic. ”

”This place is a beauty. Perfect size for larger groups, nice sized bedrooms, brilliant upstairs entertaining area and views. The outdoor space is better than photos can suggest. You don’t want to be anywhere else. Kurt (the host) is super accommodating and organised giving us all the information needed. Can’t wait to come back again to stay sometime. A solid 10/10. ”

”Perfect for our family get together. We made good use of the fireplace. The breakfast supplies were wonderful, beautiful fresh, local produce. Pool table was a hit. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable with gorgeous country views.”

”What an amazing stay at Pat & Kate’s homestead. Pat and Kate were very welcoming and they provided us with everything that we needed for our stay. The location was amazing and we were treated to feeding the farm animals which was entertaining. They had alpacas, sheep, goats and a miniature bull. The accommodation had everything we needed, the fire pit was great to sit outside under the stars with a bottle of wine and the hot tub was equally as relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying...

”A very poor experience - the house was dirty - I had to clean the kitchen - the fridge was full of meat that wasn't frozen and smelt - it was so unhygenic we didn't eat in it - the bedroom was musty and had cobwebs throughout - the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper - someone arrived home at 11.30 and let dogs into the house so that I was bailed up in the bathroom.we want a refund for a very poor experience”

”Incredibly relaxing stay! Bed was very comfortable (great for my bad back) fireplace in the Lounge Room with lovely outdoor bath was fantastic. I simply loved having a sauna inside the bathroom. When we arrived, we saw our little welcome pack with breakfast provisions for the first day and feed so we could feed the cows, goats and alpacas on the property. ”
