”This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone...

”Excellent location! Chair lift just across the road. In the heart of the beautiful town of Val Claret. Staff were also excellent especially Marion, who accommodated all our requests. On the negative side, the hotel is very old and dated. The breakfast and dinner was average. Would still highly recommend staying here. ”

”Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. Such a shame as otherwise the hotel would be great. Bed and breakfast would therefore be much better. Staff were very helpful but if you need to buy ski...

”Die Umgebung sehr schön. Das Zimmer komfortabel mit guter Aussicht. Leider wurden weder die Korridore auf den Etagen noch die Waschküche in 14 Tg einmal gereinigt! Alles etwas schmuddelig… sehr schade! Das Büffet reichhaltig doch gehörten oft Gläser, Wein, Getränke…. Die Tische wurden oft lange nicht abgeräumt oder frisch gedeckt. Es fehlt dringend ein Chef de Service der Vorort ist! Ansonsten freundliches Personal ( mehrheitlich…)”

”What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....

”We loved the hotel. Staff were so friendly, family duplex rooms were great, ski in ski out fabulous, breakfast was lovely, freshly baked bread every morning - the fruit one was especially delicious!! Amazing views from our balcony!!! Our only improvement would be more hanging space for clothes and hooks by the door for ski coats!”
