The room I stayed had bed bugs, cockroaches and foul smell .It was very dirty.Room keys were not working properly. Had to reach out to hotel staff multiple times but no response.

This property is worth it for the price. I was glad I saved money to stay here even though the room smelled a bit and the shower wasn't the cleanest. It was definitely acceptable for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again but could use some updating in bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. No breakfast. Beds were comfortable and clean. We slept very well. We enjoyed our balcony with a view and the pool. Price was excellent as well. Good location to Sequioa National Park.

The rooms are FULL of cobwebs and spiders, absolutely disgusting. I was in 2 different rooms due to faulty ac unit and blocked sink and BOTH rooms were full of spiders and cobwebs that had been there for at the very least the past 5 years!! That is some very very bad housekeeping! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone until its cleaned up! I didnt know I'd need a mop broom and home defense to stay there. Would never come back!

Expedia might need to update the breakfast option at this place. It doesn’t offer breakfast. The A/C inside some of the rooms need an update. They will take 5-6 hrs to cool the room hopefully without causing any suffocation. Not worth for the price they offer. Several other properties along the road could be an option.
