”Always a great time at the Hard Rock. We Always try and stay on the 7th floor for the reception area. We didn’t use it much this trip but it’s nice to have that option. Some construction noise around our hotel room that was rather noisy … the hotel did bring this to our attention at check in but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Self parking is expensive but what isn’t these days if you want nice things and stay at nice places . ”

”Great hotel, can highly recommend. Rooms were clean and beds were great. Chose this hotel because there were no carpets in the rooms. Mini-fridge suited our purposes well. Free coffee at the restaurant a big plus. Only negative comment I have is the lack of hanging hooks in the bathrooom for your towels. We were four persons and there was only one hook. But otherwise our stay was a perfect 10. Will definately stay here again”

”The staff was super friendly and welcoming upon check in. Only negative was the hotel was a little loud. We could hear other guests slamming doors at 3 am and could also hear road noise from our room. Staff was great, property clean, free breakfast and parking, and in a safe area with tons to do near the hotel. ”

For future travelers staying in the Studio Suite, note that while the room details suggest a microwave is included in the room, we found that the unit did not have one. I would call the property directly and ask if your room has one if you are planning on using one. Wish we would've known that before buying a bunch of microwavable foods to save money only to find out there wasnt one. Other than that issue we enjoyed our...

”New really big hotel with good services for families with kids. Not the best option for couples. Our 3rd visit to Orlando and we selected the wrong hotel for us this time. The hotel was uncomfortably noisy and the staff, although really nice, were not able to help us to change room. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a good nights sleep but might be a fit for families with kids due to other services. We will be staying at our old hotel next time... new is not always better :) Big...
