”Absolutely beautiful and well run property with friendly helpful staff; however, the Monarch restaurant service and food quality is significantly below the quality of the hotel. We stayed there in hopes of not having to leave the hotel for a fully wonderful evening. Restaurant was very disappointing, so we left and drove to another restaurant for dinner. ”

”We stayed in the cabin Splash Happy on the Creek for my 50th birthday. Everything about this cabin is amazing!! Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. So very peaceful and quiet, I don’t want to leave! We will definitely return. ”

”This hotel is just a little bit away from the main Riverwalk area - and that's a good thing. You can walk to all the main attractions, though. It is well appointed and clean; the staff is friendly and the restaurant and bars are quite good. We were there at Christmastime and could hear some of the festivities on the street and river below our room, but that just added to the fun. We would definitely stay here again.”
