”apartment itself was good for what we needed but unfortunately the check in process was horrendous. the address listed was incorrect and dropped us in the middle of two roads. when we called multiple times for customer service and field service representatives were very unhelpful with the situation. It would have been helpful to be able to speak with the actual owner of the property. ”

”This is a second floor apartment, requiring access by a staircase. We were aware that there would be stairs, but these stairs were quite steep and a little uneven. The interior is exactly as presented in the photos. It is comfortable and roomy. We were very happy with this, but the stairs were a bit much for both myself and my wife as we are both in our sixties. Downstair tenants would block the driveway, causing us to wait or have to drive around to get in. They were also noisy with...

”Wish we had been able to stay longer & enjoy the outdoors. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for the weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or relax outside. It was a great place to wake up to! So much better then a hotel! Will definitely look into for next year!”

”This was the perfect place for a family of 4. We had a family wedding in Sunapee and it was a quick 20 minute drive to all the wedding activities. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We have family with a cabin in Springfield and would stay here again if return to the area. ”

”The Canaan apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen with gas stove, full size fridge and has enough counter space to cook. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The apartment is convenient to pizza, gas station/handy stop, Chinese restaurant, post office and hardware store- I walked to everything. ”It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. It was so close to everything.The property was clean & cozy. We loved the gas stove for heat. The property owner is a great communicator and offers a wonderful property.”

”Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. ”

”We had the best time here. So peaceful and beautiful. The place is down a dirt road, so probably need 4wd in the winter and definitely bring groceries since the closest dining is a bit down the road. The place was spotless clean, the most comfortable beds, and beautiful setting. ”
