”The home was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectation's. From jimmy the concierge, daily house cleaning and nightly security the only thing we needed to do was decide where to go for dinner, with its great location the choices were plentiful, the food exceptional and everyone was friendly. We would swim in the pool, walk down the beach or enjoy a sunset from the back patio looking over the ocean. Everything was spectacular.”

”We absolutely loved this place. The beach/ocean was only steps away from the house. It was never crowded and felt semi-private; would have been completely private if not for a public access street/parking nearby. ”Loved to be in front of the beach. The house was in very good-to-excellent condition. There was no AC in the living area and it was too hot at times. There were too many switches that took us a while to figure out. We had a great time and would go back. ”

”Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.”

”We had a great week at this house overlooking the ocean. A couple of minor issues that were addressed very quickly by the property manager (eg new hot water heater installed). ”This was our 3rd visit to 412b. We’ll be back. Appreciate that they’ve upgraded the cooking pots and pans. We had everything we needed this time. Even enough toilet paper for the whole visit! Small things go a long way to making these travellers happy. 😁 The only thing that we would have found useful is a how-to guide for the stovetop and tv. Really beautiful accommodations and fun group of other travellers in the complex. Very much looking forward to our next visit. ”

”Spent a week at this clean, well decorated and comfortable beach house within walking minutes to Playa Penca and Playa Prieta. Melissa and Richard were fantastic hosts and were truly a pleasure to chat with and made us feel very much at home during our stay. I am already missing our mornings drinking coffee on the front porch admiring their beautiful landscaping while planning our daily adventures. Without question we will definitely be back!”

”We are Family friends that took our kids on a senior spring break trip. Just a small group of 11. Jimmy was amazing and booked EVERYTHING for us. From transportation to/from the airport to all the best excursions to just traveling to the town next door. The house was such a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
