San Miguel -joen eteläpuolella sijaitseva loma-asunto on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä tuolilta 7, joka vie vieraita Telluriden hiihtokeskuksen vuoristokylän puolelle. Voit hiihtää useita keskitason haastavia sinisiä ja mustia kulkureittejä ja käydä kotiin, joten tämä koti sopii erinomaisesti hiukan kokeneemmille hiihtäjille. Telluridessa toimiva ilmainen Galloping Goose -bussijärjestelmä pysähtyy myös lähellä tätä kotia.

Siellä on avokeittiö ja ruokailutila. Keittäminen on suorastaan miellyttävä hyvin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on kaikki tärkeimmät laitteet, kuten kaasuliesi. Pienemmissä laitteissa on leivänpaahdin, hidas liesi, tehosekoitin ja kahvinkeitin.

Ruokapöydässä on tilaa kuudelle (ylimääräiset tuolit sijaitsevat parvella ja autotallissa), ja kaksi henkilöä voi istua aamiaisbaarissa. Löydät myös istumatilaa kahdelle ylimmällä parvekkeella, joka sijaitsee aivan olohuoneen sekä kaasugrilli.

Toinen, alempi parveke on saatavilla talon toisessa kerroksessa. Nauti lasillinen viiniä kuistilla, kun ihastat näkymiä vuorille tai nauti yksityisestä kahden hengen porealtaasta. (Suurempi jaettu poreallas on saatavilla pihan toisella puolella.)

If you are serious about skiing this is the place
SO convenient to the ski lift. Great warm storage for ski kit. Easy acces to town with free bus at the door. Walking distance to supermarket. Cosy, warm comfortable accom. 3rd bed access a bit awkward.( no issue for us only 2 beds needed). Position, position, position!!!

Lovely location
Great location for a summer stay.Lots of trails for hiking. Short walk to grocery or downtown. Free gondola to Mountain Village and more trailheads close by as well. It was a bit warm on the 3rd floor of the chalet, but we spent very little time there, so it was manageable.

Great location
We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfectly located at the base of lift 7. There is no ac and we were there in summer so got a little hot during day and it was too hot to use the loft at night. The pictures make the place look a little bigger than it is but it was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Telluride is a great place to be in summer and we loved our stay (in spite of the construction next door)!

Easy walk to shops & restaurants, great views from living room and deck. Had all essentials needed for our stay. Good for two people, might be a little crowded with more. Bathrooms are small and there is limited room for luggage. Our only issue was a lack of hot showers for most our stay.

Perfect location
This place is a little gem. Perfect for the 2 of us. Right next to lift 7. Walked out garage door and on to the lift. It has everything you need. It is 3 stories so it has a lot of stairs. In floor heat so it is always super snug in the winter. Kitchen has everything you would need. The Galloping Goose stops just outside if you don’t want to walk. Downtown is easily walking distance and a grocery store is only 2 blocks away. The only thing I would recommend is putting some open shelves in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are the size of a closet and no place to put your personals. Bedrooms are also small. Would definitely stay here again.

Good condo but very compact
The overall experience was good but the condo is very compact, especially the bathrooms. The condo was clean upon arrival, is well equipped for cooking and is stocked with toiletries. The ski-in/out was good unless you are not a great skier. There are no easy runs to get back to the condo, only a narrow intermediate trail or black diamond runs. So, if you aren’t a great skier you have to take the gondola and bus which takes approximately 45 minutes to get back to the condo. The loft is unusable unless you are a child. The views of the mountain are wonderful and the lift is right outside the side garage door, super convenient. The Galloping Goose bus drops and picks up right outside the complex which we used to go into town for dinner and to go to the gondola to go over to mountain village. This was a family ski trip, myself, my husband and our two 20 something sons. For our family this condo was just too compact, we felt we were on top of each other all week. I’m sure others would think the space is fine. The top floor stays very warm, we did not turn the heat on up there during our stay. We had to open windows to cool it off. We stayed in January and it was cold outside. I guess it is very well insulted, so keep the blinds closed on the top floor when the sun is out to try and keep it cooler. If you are a good skier and are looking for a ski in/out condo you will be very happy with the location.

Incredible Location
Can't beat the location if you're here to ski. The property was also beautiful inside and perfect after a long day on the mountain. Everything was clean and functional, and the owners took great care in making the stay unforgettable. The only negative was that when we booked our trip, one of our three main criteria was to have a private hot tub to rest and relax after a cold day on the slopes. The listing title mentioned "private hot tub" and they showed photos of it on the deck. When we arrived, there was no hot tub. When I checked the online listing, I noticed that "private hot tub" was removed from the title and the pictures of it were removed. They instead now stated that there's a common shared hot tub that can be used in the courtyard. I wish we could have been notified that this important feature was removed instead of finding out upon our arrival. The price wasn't adjusted and there was no communication back regarding this. Even though that was a disappointment, we would 100% want to come back here for another stay, and would highly recommend to friends or family.

Great location
This condo is the perfect location on the corner with three outdoor spaces to enjoy the mountains. Sunny in the morning but shaded in the afternoon. The field in front is really like a dog park in the summer so fun to watch. I can imagine the winter it’s fun to watch all the skiers. All the condos here are very small inside but the garage has lots of room for gear and easy to get in and out through the patio doors. Our truck wouldn’t fit but the parking lot is very close. It says it sleeps 6 but that includes the pullout couch in the already very small living room and the air mattress in the loft which IMO should at least be a real mattress if you’re going to count it as a sleeping area. It’s only a crawl space but perfect for a kid. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of linens and a fully stocked kitchen. All in all we would stay here again for the view alone:)

Charming Condo with excellent views! Great for bear watching!
This is our second year to stay at this condo, overall perfect location for the price and perfect size for my family of 4. Both years we were welcomed by the local “gondola” bears, it was so fascinating to watch little cubs play from the back deck! Don’t let this detour you. The town patrols and makes sure they stay at a safe distance. This condo has all the amenities you need and I think the only con this year was the heat, I believe it was a hot summer this year but we didn’t have any complaints after opening the windows and plugging in the fans. At night, it was chilly, great sleeping weather!! Again, overall this location is perfect for the price and we will be returning again soon!

Pros: Great location for walking the town via the creekside path. Nicely set-up, and quiet. Tiny bathrooms. The "master" shower is fun. but if you are not smallish folks you may want to keep looking... Kitchen was well equiped. We only used the one bed, but it was comfortable. We were there mid June just prior the Bluegrass Festival. Cons: The carpet was absolutely gross. Stained and uugh... The TV would love to fall off of it's "perch" if you look at it cross eyed- Danger! One of the smoke/Co alarms was beeping, and would not reset with a new battery. There is a "non-complying" sleeping room directly off of the garage with two bunk beds. As a lifelong, plumbing&heating professional, I must flag this as an illegal, and hazardous building code violation. Do not let anyone in your party sleep in this space! These concerns were shared with the Property Manager as we checked out. Dine at 221 Oak and also at Cosmo if you desire world class, cutting edge Culinary delights. Both restaurants are owned by the Chefs. Have a great time in T-Ride

The location of this unit is about 50 yards from the Coonskin lift (#7), you can see it out the window. This lift services mainly advanced runs (1 green run though). To return to the condo you must use narrow blue run or black runs so inexperienced riders may want to use the gondola and free bus service to return. It is a tri level unit, bottom is garage and laundry, second floor is 2 bedrooms and third floor is living area and kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is good. Bathrooms are quite small, but functional. Fireplace and TV in living area. Heating did not work (thermostats did not turn on the heating), but was not really needed in mid March. Kitchen had all necessary appliances. Great views, but the blinds did not work real well (could use a little updating). One of the best features was the private hot tub on the second level balcony. Great after a day on the slopes. Equipment rental location about 100 yards away, perfect. Grocery store is about 2 blocks away. 2 free bus service stops within 75 to 150 yards away. Main street and restaurants about 6 or 7 blocks away. Overall satisfied with this unit.
