I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...

”Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt über 12 Tage in diesem charmanten Haus mit tollem beheiztem Pool. Super ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Betten sind sehr bequem. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Einen netten persönlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin/Agentur hatten wir auch. Sie bot uns jederzeit Hilfe an und gab uns tolle Tips für die Umgebung.”

”This property is very newly upgraded with wonderful backyard landscaping. The pool is great. New appliances. Very clean. Bedrooms are super comfortable. Upgraded bathrooms are clean and awesome. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had a great boys fishing trip to Ft Lauderdale. ”

”Home was as advertised in pictures and description! Obviously recently renovated, plenty of room for our group of four. Location was perfect for us, close to Fort Lauderdale airport, Gulfstream Race Track, and Hollywood Beach. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Angela was a great host, quick to reply to any questions. We would stay again if we are in that area ”

”Property had everything we needed. The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful place and it was so nice using their facilities and everything was close by. I heard they were doing some renovations during the summer so it will be even more beautiful. Hope to come back someday.”

”My family and I visited Miami for the 2025 college football playoff game at the Orange Bowl. I selected this house because of the close location to Hollywood Beach and short travel to Hard Rock Stadium. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was heated and welcoming for our January visit. Check in was a bit late at 4pm but we were able to work around it. Communication with ownership was smooth. I would definitely stay again!”
