Welcome to Timberline #28, a bright, quiet studio tucked away amidst beautiful tall pine trees. With its own private entrance, full-sized kitchen, full bathroom, and private hot tub, this studio is the perfect spot for a couples' getaway to enjoy Sun Peaks!

A lovely getaway
I had the opportunity to get away for a weekend to unwind and clear my head. This was a lovely rental with everything i needed! My only complaint is that the hot tub above is very noisy as it is right above the bed, but i am a good sleeper so it didn’t hinder my sleep. Thank you for a lovely getaway.

Sweet retreat!
This space feels comfy, clean, and strangely spacious for it's size! We took full enjoyment of the hot tub after a few long, rainy hikes, which is nestled into a treed area making it feel more serene. Sun Peaks is a beautiful spot. Service in the village was outstanding and there's a wealth of activities. We would book this space again!

Great stay
This condo is perfect for 2 people. The location is excellent, and it is equipped with everything you may need. Very comfortable . You may want to include instructions on how to make up the Murphy bed in the instruction booklet . It is nice to put it up during the day to give more room. The table is also nice to use for meals.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Overall a good location. Two suggestions: Ski locker door was frozen into ice and snow so should shorten it. shelf in pantry is very tippy so should be better secured. Thanks for the nice stay

Great location and cute space. But as others have said, it’s noisy at night. The hot tub upstairs turns on and off through the night and it’s loud. Bring ear plugs! Also—the tv is missing a remote so you can’t control the volume and it too was loud. Otherwise it would be a perfect 5/5

Fantastic condo in a great location
-smaller unit; perfect for 2 people -ski-in right to the condo door; ski out required 2-3 minute walk -trails throughout the village and condos were exceptionally well groomed -about a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants through beautiful winter trails/trees -unit is very well maintained and clean; in most vrbo/airbb rentals you find something that you think should be fixed or better maintained, but not in this unit - everything was in great condition -hot tub was in great condition and more private than we expected - there were 6' snow walls on 2 sides -building was quiet - only saw a few people in four days -kitchen had lots of appliances...toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, dishwasher...and lots of dishes and good knives -heated floors were great for warming up frozen toes

It was perfect-well appointed and close to village and lifts.
Only concern was having to shovel out parking spot and wasn’t sure how to use TV. Really only wanted the Sun Peaks channel. Great spot!

Roomy Bathroom
The studio space was clean however the bathtub kept filling up with water because the drain was clogged. I did what I could do to unclog it but shouldn’t be my job. The price for cleaning this small space was too expensive as my husband and I had to clean before we left. My husband wasn’t impressed with the noise of the hot tub coming from the neighbours upstairs. The location of this studio was very convenient to the village and trails.

Clean, comfortable, warm. Mechanical noise from upstairs can be distracting but overall not unbearable. Great sleep comfy bed. Clear instructions for garbage disposal would be nice. Great privacy for the hot tub. We would stay here again 👍

Great Location
Great location and a nice clean room, but noisy with the hot tub from adjoining property being right above the sleeping area, could also use a ceiling fan or portable fan as was quite warm in August. Some bedside reading lamps would be a good addition.

Great Locale, Tidy, Clean, but soundproofing paper thin and inadequate for a ski apartment.
Pluses 1. Great location to resort base, chairs, resort facilities 2. Very clean and well presented property 3. Good appliances, and plenty kitchen stuff to cook 4. Liked the outside ski locker - nice concept for a ground floor property 5. Easy access on ground floor 6. Accepted dogs, which is a BIG plus for us 7. Easy to heat and warms up very quickly. 8. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen was so nice to have. We have at home and helps with heating the property, so great energy efficient way to heat a residence. Minuses 1. Sound proofing is paper thin, and not fit for purpose for a ski apartment. The sound of the adjoining units bathroom fan sounded like a jet ski staring up and running next door, so awoken at odd hours during the night. Luckily we did not have a rowdy party crowd staying next door otherwise it would have been not very pleasant. We do a lot of ski-ing across North America and sadly this era of property was not built with sound proofing in mind, so hard to suggest what you can do apart from ripping the dry wall back to the studs and sound proofing and the reapplying dry wall, decorating. We get why it has not been done as a MAJOR renovation job As a result we will not be staying again for this reason alone. Sad as it is a nice property. 2. Parking - Not sure this happens often for a 2 person party but we had 2 cars (complicated logistics with work with one of us meant we arrived with 2 cars). Anyway, not clear in the instructions where the overflow spaces are (eventually found them after 2 parking tickets - they are super strict at Sun Peaks, even if the car is not blocking anything and is left i.e. across the road at the overflow parking for the sports arena. Suggest a one liner in the instructions. 3. The instructions are 14 pages, way too much and to be honest we gave up reading after 3 or 4 pages. The instructions lost us and I am sure you will lose other readers, which may result in some unintended damage and deterioration to your nice property. Suggest you trim down to 2 pages minimum/4 pages maximum - ask yourself what is critical (keep) and nice to have (remove). One of us found 14 pages intimidating and made them slightly paranoid instead of relaxed in the property.
